Los Fenómenos Emergentes en el Sistema de Salud del Perú / Emergent phenomena in the health system in Peru

RESUMEN

En el presente artículo, vamos a hacer una revisión somera de los principales actores del Sistema de Salud del Perú (SSP), haciendo hincapié en las Propuestas municipales las cuales se han caracterizado como Fenómenos Emergentes, profundizando el conocimiento en qué son, cómo se constituyen y cuáles son sus aportes concretos y potenciales al SSP.

ABSTRACT

In this article, we will make a brief review of the main actors of the Peruvian Health System (PHS), with emphasis on Municipal's Proposals what it has been characterized as Emerging Phenomenon, deepening knowledge around what they are, how they are and what their actual and potential contributions to the PHS.
