O terapeuta iniciante no atendimento de crianças e adolescentes e o risco de desistência: aspectos da contratransferência com os pais / The beginer therapist in the treatment of children and adolescents and the risk of desistance: aspects of countertransference with parents

RESUMO

Um dos fatores específicos do tratamento de crianças e adolescentes é a presença dos pais no setting, gerando um campo analítico com múltiplas variáveis. Neste trabalho, a autora descreve vivências contratransferênciais a partir de atendimentos em psicoterapia psicanalítica de crianças e adolescentes. Enfatiza como padrões habituais de relação dos pais com o filho e com seus objetos internos e externos vão se revelar no campo analítico através da transferência. Essa peculiaridade é um fator complicador do tratamento, pois o terapêuta tem de lidar com intensas contratransferências, mas é, ao mesmo tempo, uma fonte de conhecimento que enriquece e orienta o manejo do caso. Além das resistências dos pais e do paciente, é fundamental também perceber as resistências conscientes e inconscientes do terapeuta geradas num campo tão complexo e que podem se tornar um fator de desistência desse trabalho se não forem adequadamente percebidas. A inexperiência traz um complicador inicial que terá de ser equacionando através do estudo teórico, da supervisão e do tratamento pessoal a fim de adquirir maior estrutura para atravessar esse período de incertezas, inseguranças e riscos de desistência.

ABSTRACT

One of the especific factors in children and teenagers psychoanalytic psychotherapy is the presence of parente in the setting, resulting in an analytic field with multiples variables. In this work, the author describes some counter transference experiences that occurred during the psychoanalytic psychotherapy process with children and teenagers. It is emphasized that the usual relationship patterns between both the parents and their child and their internal and external objects will be revealed in the analytic field through the transference. This peculiarity is a hardening aspect of the treatment, since the therapist has to deal with intense counter transference, whereas it is, at the same time, a source of knowledge which enriches and guides the handling of the case. In addition to the parents' and patient's resistances, it is also fundamental to observer the therapist's own conscious and unconscious resistance generated in such complex field, that can become a factor for fropping out his/her work, if not properly perceived. Inexperience brings a preliminary complication that must be solved, by the therapist, through theoretical study, supervision and personal treatment in order to gain stronger structure to go through this period of uncertainty, insecurity and risk of dropping out.
