RESUMEN

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo establecer las referencias en la obra freudiana para pensar la regla de abstinencia en su dimensión ética. Intentaremos ubicar los elementos que en el corpus teórico freudiano nos permitan trabajar la articulación entre la construcción y la reacción terapéutica negativa como caída de la regla de abstinencia. Es decir que, cuando la reacción terapéutica negativa se encuentra instalada, la comunicación de la construcción la refuerza produciendo un empeoramiento de los síntomas. Ubicando al analista como sugestionador y produciéndose el derrumbe de la regla de abstinencia. Asimismo, se ubicará que en un análisis al no responder a la demanda del analizante permite reconducir a ésta a la pulsión. Si el analista responde a la demanda se instala la sugestión dando lugar a una práctica sugestiva.

ABSTRACT
