Reconstrução de couro cabeludo pós mordedura canina

RESUMO

Adultos e particularmente as crianças têm sido vítimasde ataques caninos. Estas agressões podem causar umasérie de morbidades como perdas importantes de tecidos,zoonoses graves e até mesmo a morte em casos maisseveros. O local mais freqüente de ocorrência dasmordidas é a cabeça, e nela o couro cabeludo é um doslocais de grande incidência. Esses traumas geralmenteocasionam lesões desfigurantes, fazendo com que aspessoas lesadas manifestem dificuldades de ajustamentosocial e fiquem com seqüelas no âmbito psicológico. Estetrabalho tem como objetivo mostrar a necessidade daparticipação do psicólogo com a equipe cirúrgica notratamento à estes pacientes, exemplificado pelo relatodo caso de uma paciente gestante atacada por cão, queteve lesões graves no couro cabeludo, aborto espontâneoe danos no âmbito psicológico e social.

ABSTRACT

Adults and particularly the children have been victimsof attacks made for dogs. These accidents can cause aseries of diseases such as cutaneous losses of substance,zoonoses even though the death in more serious cases.The place most frequent of occurrence of the bites isthe head, and in it the scalp is one of the places withbigger incidence. These traumas generally causedesfigurantes injuries, making with that the injured peoplethey reveal difficulties of social adjustment and they arewith sequels in the psychological scope. Had to this, thiswork has as objective showing the necessity of the questfor integration of a professional of psychology asnecessary treatment ais patients victims of the dog bite,exemplificate for the case report of a patient attackedfor dog, that had serious injuries in scalp, miscarriageand damages in te psychological and social scope.
