RESUMEN
Se presenta un caso donde el uso habitual del Slit Lamp OCT Heidelberg Engineering, permitió el diagnóstico imagenológico y diferencial en un paciente con quiste retroiridiano en un ojo y glaucoma por cierre angular primario más catarata en ambos. Se le realizó iridotomías láser, facoemulsificación y evolucionó favorablemente. Se revisó la bibliografía internacional y se comentó sus principales características
ABSTRACT
This paper presented a case where the regular use of the Slit Lamp OCT Heidelberg Engineering allowed the imaging and differential diagnosis of a patient that suffers a retroiridian cyst in one eye, and primary closing angle glaucoma and cataract in both eyes.
