RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso donde el uso habitual del Slit Lamp OCT Heidelberg Engineering, permitió el diagnóstico imagenológico y diferencial en un paciente con quiste retroiridiano en un ojo y glaucoma por cierre angular primario más catarata en ambos. Se le realizó iridotomías láser, facoemulsificación y evolucionó favorablemente. Se revisó la bibliografía internacional y se comentó sus principales características

ABSTRACT

This paper presented a case where the regular use of the Slit Lamp OCT Heidelberg Engineering allowed the imaging and differential diagnosis of a patient that suffers a retroiridian cyst in one eye, and primary closing angle glaucoma and cataract in both eyes. Laser iridotomy laser and phacoemulsification were performed favorably. The world bibliography was revised and its main characteristics were commented on
