RESUMO
Objetivo - Identificar quais aspectos influencia na adesão ao tratamento e como eles interferem. Métodos - Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo qualiquantitativa, não experimental, descritiva, transversal prospectiva, realizada com 37 portadores de HAS e DM que fazem acompanhamento da doença no grupo de HiperDia de uma equipe de um Centro de Saúde do interior paulista. Resultados - Evidencia-se, neste estudo, que dos 37 (100%) pesquisados, 67,5% eram do sexo feminino, com idade mediana de 57,2 anos, aposentadas (35,1%) e do lar (32,5%). Mostrando que as mulheres têm o hábito de se cuidarem mais e visto que a coleta de dados foi realizada em um tipo de proposta terapêutica não medicamentosa identifica-se uma menor presença do publico do sexo masculino. Outros fatores, como participação nos grupos de HiperDia, informações passadas aos pacientes, confiança nessas informações, facilidade em adquirir medicação, mudança nos hábitos de vida e apoio da família interferem positivamente na adesão dos pacientes ao tratamento correto. Conclusões - Conclui-se que, ao considerar os resultados apresentados nesse estudo, os pacientes hipertensos e diabéticos estão aderindo ao tratamento, mostrando o importante trabalho da equipe de saúde, uma vez que a adesão ao tratamento está relacionada ao vínculo entre profissionais, pacientes, família e comunidade.
ABSTRACT
Objective - To identify aspects which influence adherence to treatment and how they interfere. Methods - It is a qualitative-quantitative-type survey, non-experimental, descriptive, prospective cross-sectional, conducted with 37 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus that make up the disease in the group HiperDia a team of a Health Center in São Paulo. Results - It is evident in this study that for 37 (100%) surveyed, 67.5% were female, median age 57.2 years, retired (35.1%) and housewives (32.5%). Showing that women have the habit of caring more and since the data collection was carried out in a kind of non-drug treatment plan identifies a smaller presence of public men. Other factors such as participation in groups HiperDia, information given to patients, trust in the information, ease in acquiring medication, change in lifestyle and family support positively affect patients adherence to correct treatment. Conclusions - It is concluded that in considering the results presented in this study, patients with hypertension and diabetes are adhering to treatment, showing the important work of the health team, since adherence to treatment is related to the link between professionals, patients, family and the community.
