RESUMEN

En este artículo se hace una introducción sobre los parques deportivos urbanos y su relación con las políticas deportivas que se establecen para el deporte y la recreación en las ciudades. Posteriormente se expone la investigación realizada en el parque deportivo la Gaitana, se presentan los principales resultados haciendo énfasis en los efectos sociales y económicos que generan las organizaciones deportivas que trabajan en el parque. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones de esta investigación demostrando lo imprescindibles que son estos parques para promover el deporte para todos como política de crecimiento social para el país.

ABSTRACT

In this article it begging with of the sports urban parks and your relation with the sports policies that are established for in sport and the recreation in the citieso It then exposes the investigation realized in the sport park LaGaitana, it present the principal results doing emphasis in the social andeconomic effects that generate the sports organism that are employed at the park. It then present the conclusíons of thís investigation exposed in it indispensable that are these parks to promote the sport for all as politic of social growth for the country.
