Vias biliares intra e extra-hepáticas de marreco-de-pequim (Anas boscas) / Intra and extra hepathic biliary ducts of ducks (Anas boscas)

RESUMO

As vias biliares intra e extra-hepáticas de 38 marrecos-de-pequim adultos, provenientes de Jundiaí, estado de São Paulo, após injeção de Neoprene Látex 650 corado de verde e fixação em solução aquosa de formol a 10%, foram dissecados sob lupa odontológica, fotografados e desenhados esquematicamente. A via biliar intra-hepática no lobo esquerdo mostrou-se constituída por três ductos coletores biliares em 76,3% das amostras e, em 23,7% dos casos, está presente um quarto coletor, originado no segmento caudal, drenando para o ducto hepato duodenal. No lobo direito, em 100% das amostras ocorreram quatro ductos coletores dos segmentos craniomedial superficial, craniomedial profundo, lateral e caudal (ventrocaudal). No que se refere à via biliar extra-hepática, ela esteve constituída por três ductos visíveis no hilo hepático em 36 amostras (94,7%) hepatoduodenal, hepatocístico e císticoduodenal. Em duas amostras (5,3%) não foi observado o ducto hepatocístico. Em 100% das peças, os ductos hepatoduodenal e císticoduodenal, alcançaram o duodeno. Em seis amostras (15,8%), além do ducto hepatocístico, a vesícula biliar foi alcançada diretamente por ductos coletores biliares do lobo direito. Avesícula biliar não foi alcançada pelo ducto hepatocístico em duas peças (5,3%).

ABSTRACT

A study in 38 liver of adults ducks from Jundiaí, state of São Paulo, was developed. After injection of Neoprene latex 650 colored by green and fixation in aqueous 10% formalin, the material was dissected under dental loupe, photographed and sketched. The intra hepatic bile ducts of the left lobe showed up in 76.3% the samples consisting of three collecting ducts bile; and 23.7% of the cases, there was thepresence of one collector originated from caudal segment, draining to the hepatic duodenal duct. In the right lobe, in 100% of samples, were four collecting duct segments cranium medial superficial, craniummedial deep, lateral and caudal (ventral caudal). With regard to biliary extra hepatic in 36 samples (94.7%) it was composed of three ducts visible in hepatic hilum hepatic duodenal, hepatic cystic and cystic duodenal. In two samples (5.3%) was not observed hepatic cystic duct. The hepatic duodenal duct and cystic duodenal duct in 100% of the samples, they reached the duodenum. In six samples (15.8 %),besides the hepatic cystic duct, the gallbladder was achieved directly by bile collecting ducts of the rightlobe. The gallbladder was not achieved by hepatic cystic duct in two samples (5.3 %).
