ABSTRACT

Objective:

To determine the validity grade and reliability of the questionary to measure consultory external satisfaction in a Naval Health Center, with adequate methodology. Designs Descriptive and cross sectional study. Location Consultory external Naval Health Center of Ventanilla. Callao, Peru.

Methods:

By using the results of 124 questionnaires apploed by survey technique. The patients who were selected took the survey with the probabilistic sampling with include systematic. The total population was around 500 patients that was the monthly average that was register in this study area. For statistical analysis, coefficients were used, Aiken, components and factors analysis, for validity. To determinate confiability were used coefficient Cronbach. After that, descriptive statistical. Main outcome

measures:

Validity and reliability coefficients adequate.

Results:

Were proved to validity of the content with the judgment expertÆs method (Aiken 0.93), constructo validity through of factorial and confirmatory analysis (comunalidades >0.43, KMO 0.89, 3 factors) and correlations item-test (>0.20). To reliability consistency was used coefficient Cronbach (0.90) and half slides (>0.8).

Conclusions:

This study instrument is valid and reliable for use the consult external patients of the primary attention.
