Estruturação da rede de atenção à saúde na perspectiva de profissionais, usuários e cuidadores da atenção domiciliar / Structuring health care network from the perspective of professionals, caregivers and users of home care

RESUMO

Este estudo objetivou compreender a estruturação da rede de atenção à saúde na perspectiva de profissionais, usuários e cuidadores da atenção domiciliar do município de Ipatinga, Minas Gerais. Utilizou-se o estudo de caso qualitativo como caminho metodológico. O cenário foi composto pelo Programa de Internação Domiciliar vinculado a um hospital de Ipatinga. Foram sujeitos da investigação os profissionais de saúde deste serviço sendo um enfermeiro, um médico, um técnico de enfermagem e um fisioterapeuta. Também foram sujeitos oito usuários desta modalidade de serviço com mais de 18 anos, de ambos os sexos, em acompanhamento pela equipe de atenção domiciliar. Em situações específicas, em que os usuários admitidos para a assistência domiciliar não tiveram condições de comunicar-se verbalmente foram incluídos cuidadores, perfazendo sete sujeitos nesta categoria. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevista com roteiro semiestruturado e registro em diário de campo. Os dados das entrevistas foram gravados, transcritos e analisados por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo temática, tendo emergido as seguintes categorias empíricas "Estruturação da Rede de Atenção à Saúde no município de Ipatinga entre o real e o prescrito"; "O caminhar na Rede de Atenção à Saúde trajetórias de usuários e cuidadores da atenção domiciliar"; e "(Des)Articulação entre os serviços de saúde desafios e oportunidades". Os resultados apontaram contradições no que tange à estruturação da rede de atenção à saúde em Ipatinga, emergindo o distanciamento entre o prescrito e o real. Os trajetos percorridos pelos usuários e cuidadores em busca de atendimento à saúde foram ressaltados, evidenciando-se a necessidade de interdependência e complementaridade entre os serviços que compõem a rede de atenção à saúde com vistas a garantir a integralidade do cuidado. ABSTRACT

This study aimed to understand the structure of the network of health care from the perspective of professionals, caregivers and users of home care in the city of Ipatinga, Minas Gerais. We used the qualitative case study as a methodological way. The scenario was composed by home care program bound to a hospital in Ipatinga. The subjects of the investigation healthcare professionals of this service being a nurse, a doctor, a nurse technician and a physiotherapist. Subjects were also eight users of this type of service over 18 years, of both sexes, being assisted by the home care team. In specific situations, where users admitted to home care were not able to communicate verbally caregivers were included, totaling seven subjects in this category. Data collection was conducted through interviews with semi-structured and journaling field. Data from the interviews were recorded, transcribed and analyzed using the technique of thematic content analysis, having emerged the following empirical categories "Structuring the Network of Health Care in the city of Ipatinga, between the real and the prescribed"; "The walk Network Health Care trajectories of users and caregivers of home care" and "(Des)Linking health services challenges and opportunities".
