RESUMO
O objetivo do presente estudo é apresentar uma revisão de literatura científica sobre o bem-estar no trabalho (BET) e mostrar a produção científica na área de modo a sistematizar a condução de novos estudos. Realizou-se, entre os meses de junho e setembro de 2012, uma busca de publicações sobre o tema utilizando-se as bases Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (Bireme), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo), PubMed e Science Direct, nas quais foram recuperados dezoito artigos para análise. Os resultados mostram a recente preocupação em definir/conceituar nos estudos brasileiros a diversidade de instrumentos e medidas utilizados e os fatores positivos e negativos que interferem no BET e, consequentemente, na saúde do trabalhador.
ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to present a review of scientific literature on Well-being at Work (BET) and show the scientific production in order to systematize the conduction of new studies. A search of publications on the subject using the bases Virtual Health Library (Bireme), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), PubMed and ScienceDirect where 18 articles were retrieved for analysis was carried out between June and September of 2012. The results show the recent concern by definition / concept in Brazilian studies, the diversity of instruments and measures used and the positive and negative factors that affect the BET and consequently the health of the worker.
RESUMEN
El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar una revisión de la literatura científica sobre el Bienestar en el Trabajo (BET) y mostrar la producción científica con el fin de sistematizar la realización de nuevos estudios. Fue realizado entre junio y septiembre de 2012, una búsqueda de publicaciones sobre el tema utilizando las bases de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (Bireme), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), PubMed y ScienceDirect donde se recuperaron 18 artículos para su análisis. Los resultados muestran la preocupación reciente por definición / concepto en estudios brasileños, la diversidad de instrumentos y medidas utilizados y los factores positivos y negativos que afectan a la BET y por lo tanto la salud del trabajador.
