Políticas de Esporte e Lazer, Políticas Sociais e Teoria de Estado: Em Defesa da História / Policies of Sport, Social and Political Theory of State: Brief History

RESUMO

A consideração das políticas de esportes como constitutiva das políticas sociais ainda não é ponto pacífico na literatura tanto da Educação física como do serviço social. A busca por problematizar as ações estatais na oferta esportiva e de lazer- considerando suas interfaces mais próximas da Educação Física, a despeito de sua multiplicidade- tem produzido diversas aproximações teóricas com campos variados do conhecimento. Este texto busca debater alguns elementos da teoria de Estado ampliado de Gramsci, em sua indissociabilidade com o conceito de sociedade civil, bem como as contribuições de Nicos Poulantzas acerca da Teoria Relacional de Estado, ambas fortemente tributárias do legado marxiano, dando passos adiante em muitas questões. A partir disso, realizaremos apontamentos para pensarmos as políticas sociais de esportes na atual fase do capitalismo.

ABSTRACT

The consideration of the policies of sports as constitutive of social policies is not yet peaceful countryside in the literature of both physical education as social service. The search for questioning the state's actions in the of sports and leisure offer, considering their interfaces closest Physical Education, despite their multiplicity, has produced several theoretical approaches to various s of knowledge. This paper seeks to discuss some elements of the theory of state extended from Gramsci, in its inseparability with the concept of civil society as well as the contributions of Nicos Poulantzas about Relational Theory of State, both strongly embedded in the Marxist camp. From there, make notes for thinking social policies of sports in the current phase of capitalism.
