Guarda judicial de netos: tempo e dinheiro nas interações familiares / Judicial guard of grandchildren: time and money in the familiar interactions

RESUMO

O presente estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com objetivo de analisar as mudanças nas relações familiares provenientes da guarda judicial dos netos, em disputa com seus filhos. Nesse texto, enfatizam-se as questões sobre tempo e dinheiro e suas influências sobre essas relações. Para a construção dos dados, foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e visita domiciliar. Seis famílias participaram da pesquisa, em um contexto de avaliação psicossocial em uma Vara de Família de uma grande capital. Os resultados apontam que os processos que envolvem avós como requerentes da guarda de um neto, mantêm de forma velada conflitos familiares e a sentença judicial não necessariamente trará resolução. Compreende-se que a guarda judicial de netos envolve muitos paradoxos com relação ao tempo e ao dinheiro. A guarda de netos pode ainda se constituir em um desafio de adaptação para o idoso em função de seu momento no ciclo de vida.

ABSTRACT

The text is about a qualitative research aiming at analyzing the changes in the familiar relations arising from the judicial guard of grandchildren, in dispute with their sons. In the text emphasis is placed in the section that points out the matters about time and money and their influences on these relations. For the elaboration of the data semi structured interviews and home visit were utilized. Six families participated in the research, in a context of psychosocial evaluation of a great capital Family Court. The results indicate that the processes involving great parents as applicants of the guard of a grandson maintain, in a veiled way, familiar conflicts and the judicial decision will not necessarily bring a resolution. It is understood that the judicial guard of grandchildren involve many paradoxes in relation to time and money. The guard of grandchildren may still represent a challenge of adaptation for the elder as a consequence of his moment in the life cycle.
