La autonomía del menor, bioética y religión: fuente de paradojas / Autonomy, bioethics and religion in children: source of paradoxes

RESUMEN

El artículo plantea la necesidad de colocar en su correcta dimensión los dilemas morales, cuando están presentes la religión, y los intereses de los padres y menores en decisiones clínicas. Analiza la noción de lo "laico" y sus limitaciones y propone el criterio correcto para maximizar los bienes involucrados en los dilemas el florecimiento humano como condición para elegir. Por último, se señala la objeción de conciencia como el recurso límite en un estado liberal para respetar los intereses legítimos del médico y los involucrados en la decisión clínica.

ABSTRACT

The present article demonstrates that moral dilemmas need a fair approach when religious claims are made. The article analyzes the notion of "laicity" and its limits and proposes a correct criterion for maximizing the goods that appear in the dilemmas the flourish of human goods. At the end, the author suggests that the conscious objection is the last resource available in the liberal state for the respect of the rights of all persons who participate in the clinical decisions.
