ABSTRACT
The first case of drug-eluting stent fracture in coronary arteries was published in 2004, and although it is a rare event, the diagnostic and therapeutic implications remain a challenge. We report the case of a 49 years old male patient , carrier of two medicated stents with history of a new coronary event and diagnosis through catheterization of fracture of these devices.
