Trabalho e "loucura": articulações psicossociais possíveis? Reflexões da perspectiva da Psicologia Social do Trabalho / Possible psychosocial joints between work and madness: Reflections from the Social Psychology of Work perspective

RESUMO

A psicologia do trabalho e das organizações tem estudado muito a saúde mental no trabalho, mas não há quase registros de estudos da possibilidade de trabalho para pessoas vivendo com sofrimento mental, sendo um fenômeno mais estudado por áreas exclusivamente da saúde. Assim, este artigo visa construir uma reflexão teórica das relações entre trabalho e "loucura" com base na proposta da psicologia social do trabalho, bem como fazer proposições, em termos teóricos, técnicos, programáticos e políticos, apontando a importância da inclusão desse campo do saber no campo interdisciplinar de estudos da temática. Conclui-se que o mundo contemporâneo do trabalho é, ao mesmo tempo, o mundo da precarização e o mundo das oportunidades, principalmente para pessoas vivendo com sofrimento mental.

ABSTRACT

The Work and Organizational Psychology has studied with great intensity the mental health at work, but there are almost no investigations about the possibility of working for people living with mental illness, which is a phenomenon that has been studied in the Areas exclusively dedicated to health. Thus, this paper aimed to propose a theoretical reflection about the relation between work and "madness" grounded at the Social Psychology of Work and make theoretical, technical, programmatic and political propositions, besides indicating its importance to this specific interdisciplinary field of the study. As a conclusion, the contemporary world of work has been, at the same time, the world of precarization and the world of opportunities, especially for people living with mental suffering.
