A rede de atenção à saúde para o cuidado à pessoa idosa na atenção primária: um modelo teórico / The network of health care for the care of older people in primary care

RESUMO

A dinâmica dos serviços públicos de saúde tem incrementado a discussão de redes de atenção à saúde. No Sistema Único de Saúde da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte (SUS-BH) há uma rede de atenção à saúde hierarquizada. Para o cuidado ao idoso esta rede é traduzida em “fluxograma de atendimento ao idoso”. Os profissionais da atenção primária constroem uma rede para cuidar do idoso, relativa às suas interações, num contexto marcado por facilidades e barreiras, objetivando responder às demandas emergentes para estabelecer cuidados. O objetivo geral deste estudo foi desenvolver o modelo teórico do cuidado ao idoso na Rede de Atenção à Saúde a partir da Atenção Primária em Saúde do SUS-BH. E os objetivos específicos analisar a rede de atenção à saúde estabelecida na Atenção Primária em Saúde para o cuidado à pessoa idosa do SUS-BH; identificar interações estabelecidas a partir do fluxo de atendimento ao idoso no SUS-BH; analisar como as interações interprofissionais e interserviços influenciam no processo das redes de atenção à saúde do idoso e na integralidade do cuidado ao idoso. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa de natureza descritiva e exploratória fundamentada na Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre novembro e dezembro de 2011, em dois grupos amostrais, cujos instrumentos foram grupo focal e entrevista, totalizando 20 profissionais da APS e do Centro de Reabilitação de Assistência Social do Distrito Sanitário Noroeste, interrompendo com a saturação dos dados. Respeitaram-se os preceitos éticos. ABSTRACT

The dynamics of public health services has increased the discussion of health care networks. Health System in the Municipality of Belo Horizonte (SUS-BH) is a network of health care hierarchical. To care for the elderly this network is translated into "flowchart senior care." The primary care professionals build a network to take care of the elderly concerning their interactions, in a context of facilities and barriers, aiming to meet the emerging demands to establish care. The aim of this study was to develop a theoretical model of elderly care in the Network of Health Care from Primary Health SUS-BH. And the specific objectives: to analyze the network of health care established in the Primary Health Care for the elderly SUS-BH; identify interactions established from the flow of senior care in the SUS-BH; analyze how interprofessional interactions and influence the process of inter-networks of health care for the elderly and comprehensive care to the elderly. It is a qualitative descriptive and exploratory in nature based on the Grounded Theory.
