RESUMEN
En los meses de mayo, junio y julio de 1987 se presento un brote epidemico de Leishmanisis cutanea en la Vereda Marbella, corregimiento Cristales del municipio de San Roque lo que motivo una visita previa por parte del medico de la Unidad de Salud de Cristales y la bacteriologa del hospital de San Roque quienes constataron una gran incidencia en la poblacion general y demostraron la enfermedad en varios pacientes.
