RESUMO
OBJETIVO:
Aplicar a versão brasileira do questionário Screeningfor Occult Renal Disease (SCORED) para identificação das variáveispresentes em uma amostra populacional.MÉTODOS:
Estudoepidemiológico quantitativo. Abordaram-se 160 indivíduosdurante atividades de educação em saúde à população geral deum município do interior do Estado do Paraná. Organizaram-seos dados em tabelas, com a utilização do programa MicrosoftWindows Excel®, versão 2010, e análise por meio das estatísticasdescritivas.RESULTADOS:
Do total de sujeitos abordados,91,3% (n=146) se dispuseram a participar voluntariamenteda entrevista apresentando média ± desvio padrão de idade de43,9±13,8 anos, sendo a maioria (56,2%) do sexo feminino.As variáveis com maior prevalência foram hipertensão arterial(40,4%) e doença vascular periférica (20,5%). Dos participantesentrevistados, 27,4% (n=40) apresentaram valor ?4 pontos nasomatória das variáveis.CONCLUSÃO:
O levantamento dasvariáveis do questionário SCORED na população geral permiteconhecer a prevalência de afecções que representam uma grandeparcela dos diagnósticos de base da doença renal crônica.(AU)ABSTRACT

The surveyof SCORED questionnaire variables in the general populationallows knowing the prevalence of diseases that represent a largeportion of the base diagnosis of chronic kidney disease.(AU)
