RESUMO
Trata-se de um estudo transversal, baseado na Avaliação para Melhoria da Qualidade (AMQ), para analisar e comparar o desempenho do trabalho em equipe em Unidades de Saúde da Família (USF) em 2 municípios paulistas, aplicando-se os instrumentos 4 e 5 do AMQ. Na análise dos dados, empregou-se a razão de prevalência e a estatística Kappa. A qualidade entre as USFs pesquisadas nos dois municípios não apresentou diferença. Quanto à consolidação, Ribeirão Preto encontrou-se no estágio satisfatório, e São José do Rio Pardo no regular. O pior desempenho foi apresentado na participação comunitária e no controle social. Observou-se não linearidade entre a complexidade de implementação dos processos de trabalho e a autoavaliacão das equipes.
ABSTRACT
It is a transverse study, based on the AMQ Proposal to evaluate and compare the performance of the team work in the Family Health Units in 2 native of São Paulo counties, applying the instruments 4 and 5 of the AMQ. In the data analysis, it was used the prevalence ratio and the Kappa statistic. The quality between the FHU, in both investigated counties, has presented no difference. With regard to consolidation, Ribeirão Preto has been found in the satisfactory stage, and São José do Rio Pardo in the regular. The worst performance was presented at the Community Participation and Social Control. It was observed nonlinearity between the implementation complexity of work processes and the self-assessment of the teams.
