O Pacto pela Saúde na prática cotidiana da Atenção Primária à Saúde / The Pact for Health in the daily practice of Primary Health Care

RESUMO

Partindo do princípio de que o Pacto pela Saúde precisa fazer sentido para quem o efetiva nos espaços micropolíticos, este estudo buscou compreender a implementação do mesmo na prática cotidiana dos trabalhadores de saúde vinculados à coordenação da rede de Atenção Primária à Saúde e à equipe saúde da família do município de Marília (SP). Utilizaram-se a abordagem qualitativa, entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise de conteúdo. Surgiu, nas entrevistas, o modo como as relações entre trabalho e gestão são produzidas e a maneira como as prioridades nacionais se relacionam com essa produção. Buscou-se trazer o reflexo e a contribuição da prática cotidiana à implementação do Pacto pela Saúde.

ABSTRACT

From the principle that the "Pacto pela Saúde" must make sense for those who implement it in the micro politic spaces, the study has sought to understand its implementation in the daily practice of the health workers attached to the Primary Health Care Network coordination and to the Family Health team in the municipality of Marilia-SP. The qualitative approach was used, with semi-structured interviews and content analysis. Emerged, from the interviews, the way relations between work and management are produced and the way national priorities relate to this production. It was intended to bring the reflection and the contribution of daily practice to the implementation of the "Pacto pela Saúde".
