Fatores intervenientes na carreira de professores de Educação Física / Intervening factors in the teaching career of physical education teachers

RESUMO

Este ensaio visa a discutir os fatores que incidem na carreira docente em Educação Física. A partir da busca textual em bases de indexação de periódicos nacionais e internacionais, complementada por teses e dissertações, abordaram-se os fatores relacionados à qualidade de vida no trabalho, às tensões provenientes do ambiente laboral e aos fatores políticos, pessoais e familiares que interferem na carreira docente. A carência de estudos sobre a temática indica a continuação das investigações com abordagens mais robustas e abrangentes, especialmente para aprofundar a relação entre trabalho e vida pessoal de professores de Educação Física na realidade brasileira

ABSTRACT

This paper seeks to discuss the factors that happen in the teaching career in Physical Education. Starting from the textual search in bases of indexation of national and international newspapers, complemented by theses and dissertations, it was approached the factors related to the life quality in the work, the coming tensions of the work atmosphere and the political, personal and family factors that interfere in the teaching career. The lack of studies on the theme indicates the continuation of the investigations with more robust and including approaches, especially to deepen the relationship between work and the teachers' of Physical Education personal life in the Brazilian reality
