La preparación pedagógica, necesidad impostergable para los tutores en la especialidad de Obstetricia y Ginecología / The pedagogical preparation, a necessity for tutors in the Obstetrics and Gynecology specialty

RESUMEN
Se realizó una investigación descriptiva con el objetivo de identificar las modalidades de preparación pedagógica cursadas y la producción científico educacional de los tutores del Hospital Universitario Ginecoobstétrico "Mariana Grajales" de Villa Clara. Para ello se aplicó un cuestionario a los docentes, se revisaron los convenios individuales, los expedientes de cuadros docentes y los archivos del departamento de docencia e investigación de la institución. Se constata que el claustro está formado por 53 profesores tutores, que en su mayoría han cursado la formación básica en educación médica, y las publicaciones e investigaciones de corte pedagógico resultan mínimas en comparación con el resto de las temáticas científicas, y no cuentan con alguna preparación sobre enseñanza tutelar. Se alude a la necesidad de implementar acciones gerenciales docentes que favorezcan la dirección acertada del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en el postgrado, como necesidad impostergable para los tutores.
ABSTRACT
A descriptive research work was carried out with the objective to identify the modalities, the pedagogical preparation received and the scientific and educational production of the professors who assume the tutorial teaching at the Mariana Grajales Gynecological university Hospital. A questionnaire was applied to the professors and there were checked the individual working agreements and their personal records as well as the institution teaching and researching files. The teaching staff has 53 professors, the majority of them have received a basic formation in medical education, but their publications and research works dealing with pedagogical aspects are very few compared to other scientific topics and they lack knowledge about tutorial teaching. It is stated the necessity to carry out teaching actions which favor the proper direction of the post graduate teaching-learning process, which is a remarkable necessity for tutors.
