ABSTRACT
It is known that mouth breathing associated with low tongue position interferes with the positioning of teeth and facial development. This article intends to show that we can simplify our orthodontic mechanics and offer a better quality of life to our patients, making them breathe better, chew better and develop a facial harmony. Multidisciplinary approach simplifies the origins of malocclusion correction, giving more stability in the long term.
