Ideais e perversidades em jogo nas Políticas Públicas de Assistência Social: uma leitura psicanalítica dos valores e práticas / Ideals and perversities in action on Social Work Public Politics: a psychoanalytical look over values and practices

RESUMO

O artigo que segue foi desenvolvido a partir de uma dissertação de mestrado em Psicologia Social e pretende fazer uma análise acerca dos valores que permeiam as práticas na Política Pública de Assistência Social, especificamente em um serviço de Execução de Medidas Socioeducativas em Meio Aberto. Tendo como público adolescentes que infracionaram e sua família, tal política coloca em ação uma série de práticas que mobilizam, inconsciente e subjetivamente, todos os atores, inclusive os trabalhadores sociais que executam o programa. Agir em prol de um bem comum, buscar e protagonizar ideais de família e infância faz com que nos deparemos com o viés transgressor - ou simplesmente perverso - que age em desacordo com a moral e com as leis. É na tentativa de entender esse encontro que desenvolvemos a análise que aqui se apresenta.

ABSTRACT

The following article was developed from a master degree term paper in Social Psychology and it intends to analyze the values that permeate the practices in action on Social Work Public Politics, specifically on a service where social-educational measures without liberty restraints are executed. Having as its public teenagers who committed crimes and their families, such politics puts in action a series of practices that mobilizes, unconsciously and subjectively, all of the actors, including social workers that execute the program. To act in sake off common well, to seek and to perform ideals of family and childhood provokes the encounter with the transgressive - or just perverse - side of it which acts in disagreement with the morality and the laws. The attempt to understand this encounter and the practices it originates is the reason why is here developed the analysis here introduced.
