Elevar a Coisa à dignidade dos objetos: a política de Lacan entre a proibição e o impossível / To elevate the Thing to the dignity of objects: Lacan politics between prohibition and the impossible

RESUMO

Buscaremos traçar, na obra de Lacan, algumas implicações políticas presentes na passagem de uma concepção de Lei que é pautada pela dialética entre interdição e transgressão para outra, que é explorada pelo psicanalista a partir dos anos 60, em que a Lei perde seu caráter interditor passando a ser associada à ideia de impossível. Trata-se de um movimento em que Lacan revê alguns dos paradigmas fundamentais que haviam norteado sua teoria e clínica nos anos 50, passando a privilegiar, em suas análises, conceitos como os de objeto pequeno a, gozo e pulsão. Neste sentido, buscaremos defender que a ideia de um retorno a Lei pensada em sua dimensão interditora, tanto a respeito da clínica quanto da política, é insuficiente para compreender, ao menos do ponto de vista lacaniano, a estratégia de cura no tratamento e a crítica social.

ABSTRACT

Our goal is to trace the political implications of the passage, in Lacan's work, of a conception of law guided by the dialectic between interdiction and transgression to another, which starts to be explored by the psychoanalyst in the 60s, in which the Law loses its interdicting character and starts to be associated with the idea of the impossible. It is a movement in which Lacan reviews some of the fundamental paradigms that had guided his theory and clinical in the 50s, and starts to focus on the analysis of concepts such as the objet petite-a, jouissance and drive. Our aim is to defend the idea that the return to the prohibitive dimension of Law, both in the its clinical and political implications, it's insufficient to understand, at least from a Lacanian point of view, the strategy of cure in treatment and social criticism, in cultural analysis.
