RESUMEN

Objetivo: Determinar los conocimientos de las enfermeras sobre la Reanimación cardiopulmonar básica en el adulto en el Programa Nacional SAMU Lima, 2013. Material y Método: el estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo, corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 55 enfermeras del Área Pre hospitalaria del Programa Nacional SAMU. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario aplicado previo consentimiento informado. Resultados: Del 100 por ciento (55), 53 por ciento (29) conoce y 47 por ciento (26) no conoce; en cuanto a los conocimientos sobre Paro Cardiorrespiratorio en el adulto, 64 por ciento (35) conoce y 36 por ciento (20) no conoce, sobre la secuencia de RCP Básico. 53 por ciento (29) conoce y 47 por ciento (26) no conoce. Conclusiones: En cuanto a los conocimientos sobre Reanimación Cardiopulmonar básica en el adulto el mayor porcentaje conoce en los aspectos referidos a paro cardiorrespiratorio y RCP básico. De igual modo en cuanto a los conocimientos sobre Paro Cardiorrespiratorio, el mayor porcentaje conoce la definición, síntomas. Asimismo sobre los conceptos básicos sobre la secuencia de RCP el mayor porcentaje conoce sobre es decir buscar respuesta, vía aérea, verificar el pulso, y un porcentaje considerable de enfermeras no conoce en pedir ayuda a sistemas de emergencia y respiración...

ABSTRACT

Objective: To determine the knowledge of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation in adults with nurses in the National Program SAMU Lima, 2013. Material and Method: application level, quantitative, descriptive method, cross section. The population consisted of 55 hospital nurses SAMU Pre National Program Area. The technique was the interview, the instrument was a questionnaire. Results: Of the 100 per cent (55), 53 per cent (29) you know and 47 per cent (26) do not know; in regard to the knowledge of cardio-pulmonary arrest in the adult, 64 per cent (35) knows and 36 per cent (20) do not know, on the sequence of CPR Basic. 53 per cent (29) knows and 47 per cent (26) do not know. Conclusions: Regarding Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation knowledge in adults mostly known in the various aspects of basic cardiopulmonary arrest and CPR. For knowledge on Cardio-respiratory Arrest, the highest percentage known, this knowledge is evident in the different aspects related to definition, symptoms and the percentage that knows evidenced mostly in the aspect of causes.
