RESUMO

Este artigo apresenta um caso de um adolescente em conflito com a lei e sua família, por meio de um entendimento sistêmico. O adolescente é oriundo de uma família marcada por separações, por não ditos e segredos, principalmente o segredo de filiação. A ausência do pai enfraquece as fronteiras intergeracionais. O surgimento do sintoma ocorre num momento de crise familiar, que exige mudanças estruturais e modificação nas interações. O sintoma torna-se mais patológico e repetitivo com a chegada da adolescência e o comportamento delinquente mantém o equilíbrio sistêmico da família. O sintoma apresentado pelo adolescente delinquente é uma tentativa de superar a crise, sem que nenhuma mudança ocorra, mas também um sinal de que há necessidade de que algo novo se produza...

ABSTRACT

This article presents a case of an adolescent in trouble with the law and his family, through a systemic understanding. The teenager comes from a family marked by separations, by non spoken and secrets, especially the secret about membership. Father absence weakens the intergenerational boundaries. The appearance of the symptom occurs at a time of family crisis, which requiresstructural changes and changes in the interactions. The symptom becomes pathological and repetitive with the advent of adolescence and the delinquent behavior maintains the systemic balance of the family.
