O presente estudo tem como desígnio central analisar os principais aspectos jurídicos referentes à alienação parental – fenômeno originário da área da Psicologia, mas diretamente relacionado ao Direito de Família –, mais especificamente no que tange à relação pós-dissolução do vínculo conjugal delineada entre os genitores e seus filhos. The present study has the main objective of analyzing the main legal aspects of parental alienation – a phenomenon originated from the fields of Psychology, but directly related to Family Law –, more specifically to the period after breaking of the conjugal bond traced between genitors and their offspring.
