RESUMO

Este ensaio tem por objetivo maior revisitar alguns dos fundamentos sociopolíticos das tecnologias em saúde como uma construção sociohistórica e como um bem público virtuoso potencializado, contribuindo assim reflexivamente para uma gestão sociopolítica e democrática das inovações em saúde em termos éticos, regulatórios e jurídicos sob uma perspectiva normativa dos princípios e diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde real e possível.

ABSTRACT

This essay has as main aim to revisit some of the sociopolitical fundamentals of the technologies in health as a socio-historical construction and as strengthened virtuous public good, thus reflexively contributing to a sociopolitical and democratic management of innovations in health in juridical, regulatory and ethical terms, from a normative perspective of the principles and guidelines of real and possible Unified Health System.
