Desemprego, precarização e informalidade: perspectivas do neoliberalismo no mundo pós-crise? / Unemployment, insecurity and informality: neoliberalism perspectives inpost-crisis world?

RESUMO

Este artigo constitui-se numa contribuição teórica sobre o tema da mundialização do capital, suas refrações na questão social brasileira e os desafios para a classe trabalhadora, compreendendo o Serviço Social como profissão inscrita na divisão social do trabalho e que, portanto, sofre determinações desse processo por lidar cotidianamente com as expressões renovadas da questão social. Por isso, apresentar as contradições existentes entre o discurso neoliberal em tempos de hegemonia desta ideologia e a realidade objetiva de trabalhadores à luz de transformações implantadas por esta nova orientação de Estado após o welfare state faz-se necessário.

ABSTRACT

This paper constitutes a theoretical contribution on the topic of globalization of capital, its refractions in Brazilian social question and the challenges for the labor class, including the Social Labor profession inscribed in the social division of labor and thus suffers determinations of this process by dealing daily with renewed expressions of the social question. Therefore, presenting the contradictions between neoliberal discourse in times of hegemony of this ideology and objective reality of workers in the light of changes implemented by this new orientation of state after the Welfare State is necessary.
