Modelo vincular-estratégico de psicoterapia grupal psicoanalítica / Model bound by strategic group psychotherapy psychoanalytic

RESUMO

Neste artigo apresento minha proposta de um modelo para psicoterapia psicanalítica grupal. O modelo Vincular-Estratégico que busca superar limitações teóricas e técnicas dos modelos praticados na Associação Mexicana de Psicoterapia Analítica de Grupo o modelo da psicoterapia de Grimberg, Langer e Rodrigué que foi o inicial e depois se ampliou com a proposta do modelo interdisciplinar de José Antonio Carrillo. O modelo vincular-estratégico surge da teoria kleiniana e destaca a importância dos objetos internos e suas relações, que são elementos fundamentais na formação do caráter e do psiquismo em geral, os mesmo que constituem estruturas estáveis e definem a singularidade dos indivíduos, assim como explicam sua psicopatologia e as particularidades e preferências de suas relações interpessoais. Os vínculos respondem não só alógica do psiquismo, senão à lógica da realidade externa e a alteridade, por conseguinte tem outra dinâmica e outras influências. O outro, os outros, são os confrontos com a dura constatação de que são seres diferentes, irredutíveis às projeções de nossos objetos internos e que não são passivos, mas capazes de respostas próprias e variadas a essas projeções, já que o vínculo entre pessoas tem características de bilateralidade e interatividade. O modelo vincular-estratégico se diferencia de outros enfoques vinculares nos quais as concepções seguem centradas na importância do indivíduo,suas pulsões e seu mundo interno; embora se considere sempre a inter-relação com seu entorno familiar, grupal, social, ou seja com sua rede vincular que co-constitui seu psiquismo. Um dos ângulos mais importantes do debate contemporâneo sobre a psicanálise é o manter a concepção da força das pulsões como a fonte do impulso psíquico ou sustentar a ênfase na determinação da sociedade e a cultura sobre os indivíduos...

ABSTRACT

In this article I present my proposal of a model for psychoanalytic group psychotherapy the modelof link strategic that seeks to overcome the theoretical and technical limitations of the two modelst hat have previously been practiced in the Mexican Association of Analytic Group Psychotherapy the model of group psychotherapy of Grimberg, Langer and Rodrigué that was the beginning and then was extended by the proposal of José Antonio Carrillo’s interdisciplinary model. The model comes from the Klein’s object relations theory and emphasizes the importance of internal objects and their relationships that are essential elements in the formation of character and psyche in general, they are stable structures that define the uniqueness of individuals and explain its psychopathology and characteristics and preferences of their interpersonal relationships. Links answer not only to the logic of the psyche, but the external reality and other ness, so have another dynamic and other influences. The other, the others, are confronting the harsh realization that they are different irreducible projections of our inner beings and objects that are passive but able to own varied responses to these projections as the link between people has characteristics of bilateralism and interactivity. The Link Strategic Model differs from other approaches in that relational concepts are focused on the importance of the individual, his instincts and his inner world, but always considering the interrelationship with your family environment, social or group surroundings, that isto say, with his network that c0-builds his psyche.
