Lesäo medular em gestante: relato de dois casos / Lesion of spinal cord: relate of two cases

RESUMO

Two cases of lesion of spinal cord after accident that happened during the pregnancy are presented here. The evalution of pregnancy, the perinattal results as well as the maternal results ar presented. The authors have made considerations over obsteric procedures and the complications that are likely to occur. The authors considers that interruption of pregnancy should be postponed until the fetus viability, taking into account the maternal conditions
