RESUMO
Não há drogas isentas de causar comprometimento fetal. No entanto, com a classificação das drogas, é possível optar por uma conduta terapêutica que ofereça uma melhor relação risco x benefício para a mãe e o concepto. Com este guia, a terapêutica da paciente grávida queimada torna-se mais prática e segura. O médico poderá facilmente optar por medicamentos que causem menor risco ao feto, com a prioridade da vida da mãe em prol do nascimento e a futura evolução do concepto.
ABSTRACT
No drug-free cause fetal compromise, however, with the classification of drugs is possible to opt for a therapeutic approach that provides a better risk-benefit ratio for both mother and fetus. With this guide, the treatment of burned patient becomes pregnant most practical and safe. The doctor can easily opt for medications that cause least risk to the fetus, with the priority of the life of the motherfor the birth and evolution of the conceptus.
