RESUMO
A assistência em enfermagem ao grande queimado é complexa e necessita de um conhecimento técnico-científico que embase o profissional em sua prática. Este trabalho teve por objetivo conhecer o sentimento do profissional de enfermagem e a assistência de enfermagem a um grande queimado. Pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho qualitativo de caráter descritivo e exploratório que buscou na literatura a importância da assistência e o sentimento de enfermagem frente a pacientes vitimados por grandes queimaduras. Mostra-se um certo despreparo da equipe de enfermagem, o que evidenciou que esta categoria deve ser preparada e treinada de forma que possa atender ao grande queimado em sua integralidade. Conclui-se que os profissionais de enfermagem precisam se preparar técnica-cientificamente para prestar assistência ao cliente, minimizando, assim, seu estado de sofrimento diante do cuidado.
ABSTRACT
The nursing care to major burn is complex and requires a technical - scientific knowledge that embase the professional in their practice. This study aimed to know the feeling of a nursing professional and nursing care to a major burn. Bibliographic qualitative study of exploratory and descriptive imprint that sought in the literature the importance of service and the feeling of nursing in front of patients suffering major burns. It shows a certain lack of preparation of the nursing staff which is evidenced that category should be prepared and trained so that it can cater to large burns in its completeness. It is concluded that nursing professionals need to prepare for technical-scientifically to provide customer assistance thereby minimizing their suffering state on care.
