Discurso e psicose: contribuições para a prática clínica / Discourse and psychosis: contributions to the clinical practice

RESUMO

O artigo relata uma investigação sobre as transformações na leitura psicanalítica do discurso e suas relações com a conceituação de psicose no transcorrer das elaborações de Jacques Lacan. Primeiramente, Lacan propõe que o discurso aparece na articulação diacrônica dos significantes. Mais adiante, afirma que na psicose há ruptura do discurso no momento do atravessamento da cadeia inferior do Grafo do Desejo, de modo que o sujeito não ascende ao desejo. O artigo problematiza a referência de Lacan em O aturdito ao fora-do-discurso da psicose. É indagada a pertinência de entender o fora-do-discurso como fora dos quatro discursos, isto é, como impossibilidade de ocupar o lugar de agente do discurso devido à insustentabilidade do semblante. Como resultado da investigação, encontra-se uma contribuição para a psicopatologia, fundamentada em uma clínica não mais fundada exclusivamente no olhar sobre os fenômenos elementares, mas que preconiza a escuta do sujeito em sua relação com o Outro, isto é, com o discurso.

ABSTRACT

The article reports a research on the changes in psychoanalytic reading of the discourse and its relationship with the conceptualization of psychosis during the course of the elaborations of Jacques Lacan. First, Lacan proposes that the diachronic discourse appears in the articulation of signifiers. Further on, he states that in psychosis there is a rupture in the discourse upon crossing the bottom of the chain of the Graph of Desire, so that the subject does not rise to the desire. The article discusses the reference of Lacan in L’etourdit to the out-of-discourse of psychosis. It questions the relevance of understanding the out-of-discourse as outside the four discourses, i.e., as the impossibility of occupy the place of agent of the discourse due to the unsustainability of the semblant. As a result of the research is a contribution to psychopathology, based on a clinic no longer based solely on the look of the elementary phenomena, but that advocates the listening of the subject in its relation with the Other, i.e., with the discourse.
