Afetividade na aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita: uma análise a partir da realidade escolar / Affection in the learning of reading and writing: an analysis based on the school reality

RESUMO

Este artigo apresenta resultados de pesquisa que objetivou identificar os sentimentos dos alunos, dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, ao se confrontarem com as atividades de leitura e escrita em sala de aula. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho exploratório, realizada em uma escola pública estadual em Campinas (SP). A coleta de dados envolveu observações das atividades propostas em cada classe do 1º ao 5º ano e entrevistas semiestruturadas com parte dos alunos de cada turma. As entrevistas identificaram a forma como as atividades afetavam a relação dos alunos com a leitura e a escrita, por meio das interpretações que faziam das atividades propostas. Os resultados apontaram para os diversos sentimentos produzidos tanto durante as atividades de ensino, como nas relações com a professora e a família, dando visibilidade às experiências que podem criar maior afinidade e aproximação entre os alunos e as práticas de leitura e escrita na escola...

ABSTRACT

This paper presents research results that aimed to identify the students’ feelings from Elementary School’s early years, when facing the reading andwriting activities in the classroom. This is a qualitative research of exploratory nature, held on a state public school in Campinas (SP). Data collection involved observation of the activities proposed in each class from the 1st to the 5th years and semi-structured interviews with part of the students of each class. The interviews identified how the activities affected the relation between the students and the writing and reading, through their interpretation of the proposed activities. The results pointed out some different feelings produced both during the teaching activities as well as in the relations with the teacher and the family, providing visibility to theexperiences that may improve the affinity and the approach between thestudents and the reading and writing practices in the school...
