O céu e o inferno de ser analista: uma visão da psicodinâmica na atualidade / Heaven and hell in being an analyst: a vision of psychodynamics nowadays

RESUMO

Os primeiros pensadores das escolas de psicologia profunda retrataram dinâmicas vinculares que estruturam o desenvolvimento do eu e são arquetípicas. No entanto, o sujeito da atualidade já não é o mesmo da época em que os pioneiros viveram. Os ideais condutores da energia psíquica são outros. Hoje, o eu onipotente se sobressai e a anima coletiva está mais exuberante que o grande pai. A necessidade de reforçar a autoimagem e o anseio de satisfazer as demandas narcísicas do eu grandioso (que não tem compromisso com a realidade nem com o corpo afetivo) levam o sujeito pós-moderno à submissão, à sombra, como ilustra o caso de uma analisanda tomada pelo animus negativo, aqui descrito. O analista encontrará alívio para a angústia que pode emergir com as demandas desse novo paciente na abertura ao estudo de linguagens diferentes daquela da sua escola de filiação, para chegar a novas sínteses da psicodinâmica. É preciso, também, que ele tenha feito o trabalho interno de conscientização da própria subjetividade, de modo a poder empatizar a subjetividade do outro e obter insights importantes com a contratransferência.

ABSTRACT

The very founders of schools os profound psychology described the dynamics of the bonds that structure the development of the self and that are archetypal. Nevertheless, the subjects of today are not the same as the ones contemporary to the pioneers. The ideals that guide the psychic energy have changed since then. Nowadays the omnipotent self distinguishes itself and the collective anima is more exuberant than the great father. The need to reinforce one's self-image and the desire to satisfy narcissistic demands of the grandiose self (which has no engagement with reality nor with the affective body) makes postmodern subject submissive to the shadow. This is shown in the clinical case presented here a woman possessed by negative animus. The analyst will find relief from the anguish that may emerge with the demands of such new patient by opening up to languages that are different from his affiliation school and will help him or her reaches new synthesis in psychodynamics. It is also necessary that the analyst does the inner work of becoming conscious of his or hers own subjectivity so as to empathize the other's subjectivity and get important insight with the countertransference.
