RESUMEN

Es importante conocer el estado de salud percibida y las enfermedades del trabajador para poder intervenir en el momento adecuado. Objetivo: Determinar estado de salud percibida y de las enfermedades del trabajador según área laboral. Métodos: La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, prospectivo y de corte transversal. Se realizó en una fábrica de plásticos de Lima, según los criterios de selección, ingresaron al estudio 121 trabajadores. Se aplicó la Ficha Técnica de Recolección de Datos que fue en dos momentos e incluía; el "Cuestionario de Salud" (SF-36 Health Survey, v.2) y los datos médicos ocupacionales. Se realizó el Análisis Estadístico Descriptivo (media, desviación estándar, frecuencias y respectivos IC 95 por ciento), se consideró un nivel de significancia (p<0,05) y un nivel de confiabilidad del 95 por ciento. Se empleó el paquete estadístico SPSS y Microsoft Excel. Resultados: La población de estudio tuvo dos áreas ocupacionales obreros y administrativos, la edad media fue 37,48 años. El sexo masculino representó el 83,5 por ciento. El SF-36 obtuvo un alfa de Cronbach de 0,89. El "Estado de Salud Percibida de los Trabajadores" fue regular, al sumar los porcentajes del regular y mal estado de salud de los trabajadores superan el 70 por ciento. Conclusiones: El Estado de salud percibida de los trabajadores resultó ser regular, de acuerdo a cada una de las enfermedades halladas. Las enfermedades más frecuentes en las dos áreas ocupacionales fueron en el grupo I ametropía e hipoacusia, en el grupo II la dislipidemia y el sobrepeso...

ABSTRACT

It is important to know the status of perceived health and diseases of the worker to be able to intervene at the appropriate time. Objective: Determine the state of self-perceived health and diseases of the worker labor according to area. Methods: The research was descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional. Was carried out in a plastics plant in Lima, according to the criteria of selection, entered the study 121 workers. The tab was applied Technical Data Collection that was in two moments and included; the "Health Questionnaire" (SF-36 Health Survey, V2) and the occupational medical data. The descriptive statistical analysis (mean, standard deviation, and respective frequencies 95 per cent), is considered a level of significance (p<0.05) and a reliability level of 95 per cent. We use the statistical package SPSS and Microsoft Excel. Results: The study population had two occupational areas workers and administrative, the average age was 37.48 years. Males accounted for 83.5 per cent. The SF-36 obtained a Cronbach alpha of 0.89.
