O mundo vivido da enfermagem pediátrica: trajetória de cuidado / The world experienced by the pediatric nursing: care trajectories

RESUMO

A concepção existencial de cuidado revela uma dimensão temporal peculiar e imanente à condição humana. Nesta pesquisa, utilizou-se o enfoque existencial de Martin Heidegger, e de outros filósofos existencialistas, para a compreensão do acontecer da Enfermagem Pediátrica, no devir da trajetória de cuidado. Estudo qualitativo de natureza fenomenológico-hermenêutica, com o objetivo de desvelar e compreender, na perspectiva da temporalidade, o fenômeno cuidado à criança, adolescente e família no mundo da Enfermagem Pediátrica de um hospital-escola, e conhecer as percepções das enfermeiras sobre o modo de cuidar no mundo da hospitalização. A coleta das informações ocorreu mediante entrevista fenomenológica, adotando-se a hermenêutica de Ricoeur e Heidegger para interpretação das informações. O mundo vivido da Enfermagem Pediátrica, no devir do tempo e na temporalização de seu acontecer, revela-se como “ser-aí” lançado no mundo do hospital. A experiência existencial de cuidar em Enfermagem Pediátrica revela que o sentido do cuidado à criança e à família tem seu fio condutor na concepção criadora do Sistema de Permanência Conjunta. A contribuição deste estudo reside na compreensão do movimento de transcendência que permite desvelar a temporalidade da Enfermagem Pediátrica em sua trajetória de cuidado. A filosofia do Sistema de Permanência Conjunta mantém-se como o fio condutor e ampliam-se os modelos de cuidado que podem ser difundidos e replicados em outros contextos do cuidado à saúde da criança, adolescente e família na perspectiva do cuidado, ensino e pesquisa.

ABSTRACT

The existential concept of care discloses a time dimension which is peculiar and immanent to the human condition. This research utilized the existential focus of Martin Heidegger and other existentialist philosophers in order to understand what happens within the Pediatric Nursing in comings of the care trajectory. It is a qualitative study of phenomenological and hermeneutic approach aimed at unveiling and understanding, in the temporality perspective, the phenomenon of child, adolescent and family care in the world of the Pediatric Nursing of a school hospital as well as learning the nurses ́ perceptions about the way of care taking in the hospital admission world. It is a study carried out in the Pediatric Nursing Service of Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, with the participation of nine assistant nurses and one teacher. The information was collected by means of phenomenological interview and interpreted by adopting the hermeneutics of Ricoeur and Heidegger. The following dimensions have emerged: Pediatrics Joint Permanence System: in the time; Transformation of Units in Service Pediatrics; The Being and the Time of the Pediatric Nurse; The multiple faces of care; The dimensions of care in Pediatric Nursing: in the perspective of the child and family; Pediatric Nursing in the Present: programs in the care perspective; and, Future Projects. The world experienced by the Pediatric Nursing, in the time to come and in its happening temporality, discloses itself as “being there” launched in the hospital world. The Pediatric Nursing is conceived having as care model the Joint Permanence System –care to the child and to the family, founded beyond the biologic vision of health. La concepción existencial del cuidado revela una dimensión temporal peculiar e inmanente a la condición humana. En esta investigación, se utilizó el enfoque existencial de Martin Heidegger, y de otros filósofos existencialistas, para la comprensión del suceder de la Enfermería Pediátrica, en el devenir de la trayectoria del cuidado. Estudio cualitativo de naturaleza fenomenológica y hermenéutica con el objetivo de desvelar y comprender, en la perspectiva de la temporalidad, el fenómeno cuidado al niño, al adolescente y a la familia en el mundo de la Enfermería Pediátrica de un hospital-escuela, y conocer a las percepciones de las enfermeras acerca del modo de cuidar en el mundo de la hospitalización. Se trata de un estudio realizado en el Servicio de Enfermería Pediátrica del Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil con la participación de nueve enfermeras asistentes y una docente.
