RESUMO
A implantodontia apresenta elevadas taxas de sucesso e previsibilidade nesta década, entretanto a disponibilidade óssea é um fator que pode limitar a técnica de instalação de implantes osseointegráveis. Nas reabilitações do arco superior posterior, têm sido propostas técnicas de levantamento do seio maxilar, quando este se apresenta pneumatizado para a instalação de implantes osseointegrados. O objetivo do artigo é apresentar por meio de dois casos clínicos a técnica cirúrgica e a reabilitação do paciente com cirurgia de levantamento do seio maxilar, apenas com a utilização de biomaterial ou associado a osso autógeno, bem como a resolução protética e acompanhamento clínico radiográfico de 3 anos.
ABSTRACT
The implant has high success rates and predictability in this decade. However, bone availability is a factor that may limit the installation technique of dental implants in subsequent rehabilitation of the maxillary arch has been proposed technique's maxillary sinus lifting when it presents itself pneumatized, for installation of dental implants The aim of this paper is to present two clinical cases using the surgical technique and rehabilitation to the patient with surgery maxillary sinus lifting with the use of a biomaterial alone or in combination with autogenous bone and the prosthetic resolution radiographic and clinical follow-up of three years.
