Reflexões dos médicos sobre o processo pessoal de aprendizagem e os significados da especialização à distância em saúde da família / Physicians' reflections on the personal learning process and the significance of distance learning in family health

RESUMO

Resumo O artigo objetiva apresentar as reflexões dos profissionais do Programa Mais Médicos sobre o significado do curso de especialização em Saúde da Família, para a prática profissional e os aprendizados mais relevantes. Trata-se de um estudo com abordagem qualitativa tendo como base empírica os depoimentos registrados no item “Reflexão crítica sobre seu processo pessoal de aprendizagem” dos trabalhos de conclusão do curso de especialização da Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Para análise textual foram selecionados aleatoriamente 101 relatos de um total de 1.011 trabalhos concluídos de junho a dezembro de 2015, em sete estados das regiões norte, nordeste e sul. As barreiras iniciais foram vencidas com o apoio dos orientadores e integração da equipe, com destaque às ferramentas de ensino para o aprimoramento da prática clínica e organização estratégica do trabalho, além de maior compreensão sobre o sistema de saúde público. O reforço no aprendizado da língua portuguesa e a troca de experiência nos fóruns foram considerados aspectos positivos valiosos. Apesar da dificuldade no acesso à Internet em alguns municípios, foi reafirmado o papel central da educação permanente e a viabilidade da metodologia da problematização, mesmo a distância.

ABSTRACT

Abstract The scope of the article is to present the reflections of professionals from the Mais Médicos Program (More Doctors Program) on the significance of the specialization course in Family Health in terms of professional practice and learning the most important concepts. This is an empirically based qualitative study on the statements recorded in the “Critical reflection on their personal learning process” of the final work of the specialization course at the Federal University of Pelotas. For textual analysis, 101 reports were randomly selected from a total of 1,011 reports completed in seven states of the North, Northeast and South of Brazil from June to December 2015. The initial barriers were overcome with tutor support and team integration, with emphasis on teaching tools for the improvement of clinical practice and strategic organization of work and greater understanding of the public health system. Fostering the learning of the Portuguese language and the exchange of experience in the forums were considered valuable positive aspects. Despite the difficulty in Internet access in some municipalities it reaffirmed the central role of ongoing education and the viability of the problem-solving methodology, even from a distance.
