RESUMEN
Se presentaron cuatro pacientes portadores de papiloma invertido localizado en fosas nasales, de los cuales uno degeneró hacia un carcinoma indiferenciado de fosas nasales, en tres hubo destrucción ósea y en tres recidivas de la lesión. Todos los pacientes fueron tratados quirúrgicamente utilizando la rinotomía lateral y conchectomía como única forma de evitar las recidivas.
ABSTRACT
Four patients, carriers of inverted papiloma located in the nasal cavity were studied. Our of them, changed to and indifferentiated carcinoma of the nasal cavity, in three, there was osseous destrucction and the other three recurrence of the lesion. All cases were surgically treated using rhinotomy and conchectomy as the only way to prevent recurrences.
