This paper analyzes the actual knowledge about the nasopharynx fibroangioma, then exposes the experience in twelve cases with extensive tumors. The main signs and symptoms, the most useful tools of diagnosis and the surgical techniques employed in the management of each case are analyzed in detail. Finally, conclusions are exposed with an algoritm that summarizes the management advised
