Aims:
To identify the relationship between calories intake, physical activity and body mass index in adolescents in Colima Mexico.StudyDesign:
A cross-sectional study analytic, observational.Place and Duration of the Study Colima and Tecoman, Mexico.Methodology:
Itwas designed in adolescents, of both genders, with a BMI in 85thpercentile or greater, where the average daily calorie intake was quantified with the SNUT survey and the level of physicalactivity with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Anthropometry to obtain the BMI. The stage of change of the trans-theoretical model was identified.
