Effecacy of ulinastatin on vascular endothelial cell injury for severe heat-stroke / 中国现代医生

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss effecacy of ulinastatin on vascular endothelial cell injury for severe heatstroke. Methods Clinical data of 40 cases with severe heatstroke were retrospectively analyzed. 20 cases received normal treatment as group of normal treatment. 20 cases received normal treatment plus ulinastatin as ulinastatin group. CEC, vWF and TM were compared And 20 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. Results CEC, vWF and TM of severe heatstroke patients were higher than those of control group before treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, all index decreased apparently(P<0.05 or P<0.01). And group of ulinastatin decreased more than those of group of normal treat-ment(P<0.01). Conclusion Ulinastatin for severe heatstroke shows protection of vascular endothelial cell.
