ABSTRACT
Objective To study relation of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and lipid level with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS). Methods Selected 45 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were set as observation group, and 45 cases of healthy physical examination were set as control group, the levels of CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and Lp(a) between the observation group and control group were compared. Results The level of CRP in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);in the aspect of lipid level, the level of the TC, TG, LDL-C and Lp(a) inobservation group were also higher than those in another group, and there was statistic difference(P<0.05),but HDL-C level had no difference between them. Conclusion Primary nephritic syndrome is combination with sever disorder of lipid metabolism, and the serum c-reactive protein and lipid levels in PNS were significantly higher than that of healthy people, which can be used as the auxiliary diagnosis index for nephrotic syndrome.
