ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the influence on bladder spasm and life quality of comprehensive nursing intervention on transurethral resection of the prostate patients postoperative. Methods Selected 80 cases from January 2010 to Jan-uary 2014 in our hospital underwent transurethral resection of the prostate, according to the different nursing methods the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and routine group, 40 cases in each group, all the patients underwent TURP operation, while the control group received routine nursing in perioperation period, intervention group focused on the comprehensive nursing implementation before and after the operation, bladder spasm, intervention on life quality after operation, QOL scoring, SAS, SDS scores preoperative and postoperative were compared between two groups. Results The bladder spasm rate of intervention group patients reached 10.0%, was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.0%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.673, P<0.05). After the intervention, two groups of patients with QOL were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the interven-tion, two groups of patients with SAS score, SDS score were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate in patients with the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder spasm, improve the BPH life quality of pa-tients, alleviate the negative psychological, conducive to the resumption of the disease.
