ABSTRACT
Xanthelasma refers to planar xanthoma that occurs mainly on the eyelids. Lesions typically begin at the inner canthus, where they emanate in an arc like fashion into the medial portions of the upper or lower eyelids. A 75-year-old woman presented with multiple soft, velvety, yellow flat papules and plaques on both eyelids and cheeks. The lesion was diagnosed as xanthelasma histopathologically. We report an unusual case of extensive xanthelasma with normolipidemia.
