Treatment of intrasinus renal calculus by Turner Warwick surgery

ABSTRACT

31 cases of intrasinus renal calculus were opened surgically by Turner Warwick technique in Urology department of Hospital N0 103, including 13 males and 18 females. Renal function was determined with serum blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and clearance. There was no significant difference in BUN and clearance preoperatively and postoperatively. There was significant increase in serum creatinine postoperatively.
